 Shipping Policy

Shipment Arrangement

• Carl’s Place arranges shipment of products to the customer after the order is placed.

• Customers are responsible for paying all shipping and handling charges shown during the checkout process.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping and delivery dates provided during checkout are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

• Carl’s Place is not liable for shipping delays once the order has been handed to the carrier.

Risk of Loss

• Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

Freight Shipping (Large Items)

• Some products (such as golf simulator enclosure kits or framing kits) may ship via freight delivery due to their size and weight.

• For freight deliveries:

  • The recipient must be present at delivery.

  • The customer is responsible for unloading the shipment from the pallet unless lift-gate service is requested.

Manufacturer Direct Items

• Some products ship directly from the manufacturer rather than Carl’s Place warehouses, and shipping terms may vary depending on the manufacturer.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

• Carl’s Place offers a 30-day return policy on most items from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

• Returned items must be in new and unused condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

• Some products cannot be returned.

• Certain items are only eligible for return if they remain unopened.

• Some products may follow different return timelines depending on the item type.

Return Authorization Requirement

• Customers must contact Carl’s Place and receive approval before returning any product.

• Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Inspection of Returns

• All returned items are inspected after they arrive.

• Refunds or exchanges are granted only if the item meets return conditions.

Restocking Fee

• If a returned item is not in brand-new condition but can still be resold, Carl’s Place may apply a restocking fee of up to 30%.

Delivery Inspection

• Customers are encouraged to inspect all products immediately upon delivery and contact Carl’s Place if there are any issues or if a return may be needed.
