We stand behind the craftsmanship of every BBO / Game Theory Tables (GTT) product with a Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty, ensuring your table remains the centerpiece of your game room for years to come.

What’s Covered

The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to the structural components of the table, including:

• Table frame and core structure

• Materials and fasteners

• Pedestals and feet

These components are guaranteed to withstand their intended load and normal use without failure or significant deformation.

What’s Not Covered

The following consumable and wear components are excluded from the lifetime warranty:

• Table finishes

• Playing surface layouts

• Armrest materials

• Foam and padding components

These elements naturally wear over time but are available for purchase and replacement through our website.

Seating Warranty

• Chairs, ottomans, and benches are covered by a 2-year limited warranty

The seating warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Improper use (rocking, dragging, standing, climbing, exceeding weight limits)

• Neglect, abuse, misuse, or accidents

• Improper storage or handling

• Inadequate maintenance or care, including damage from:

  • Pet hair

  • Moisture or water exposure

  • Environmental growth

  • Unintended guests or contaminants

Additional Warranty Disclaimers

• Non-Transferable: Warranty applies only to the original purchaser

• Electronics: Covered for 2 years from the date of delivery

• LED Customizations: Any modification to LED components voids the warranty

• Table Modifications: Refinishing or altering the table voids the warranty

• Assembly Requirements: Failure to follow assembly instructions or incorrect adjustments may void coverage

• Improper Use: Any use outside intended purpose voids the warranty

Warranty Resolution

For approved warranty claims:

• Replacement components will be provided by BBO Poker Tables or Game Theory Tables

• Replacement parts will be shipped directly to you

• Installation is the customer’s responsibility (in-home technician services are not provided)

Return & Refund Policy

Shipping & Receiving Instructions (important for returns)

• All poker and game tables are shipped via ground freight, fully insured.

• Customers must inspect deliveries carefully upon arrival:

  • Check all boxes and ensure all pieces are present.

  • Report any visible damage to the delivery driver and note it on the bill of lading/delivery paperwork.

  • If damage is noted properly, BBO can send replacement pieces immediately.

  • If you sign the delivery without noting damage, you release the carrier from liability and BBO is not responsible for concealed damage later.

• If you receive a damaged box, you are instructed not to accept it and send it back with the driver.

Return Policy

• BBO Poker Tables will honor exchanges and refunds on all products within 30 days from the date of delivery.

• All shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer for returns or exchanges.

• Returned items must be properly packaged and arrive back in new condition.

• There is a 15% restocking fee for returns/change of mind on custom orders (such as tables with a custom template graphic or custom layout).

• If a poker or game table is not packaged properly for return transit, BBO will itemize damages or lost pieces and deduct the cost from the final refund total.

• To initiate a return/exchange, customers must notify BBO and receive an RMA (Return Authorization) by emailing support@luxemancave.com.

Price Adjustment Policy

• Customers may request a price adjustment within 30 days from the date of purchase.

• Price adjustments do not apply to items purchased on clearance, closeout, or through third-party retailers(including exclusive BBO dealers).

• If a price adjustment is approved, the price difference will be refunded to the original payment method.

• Coupon codes or promotions cannot be combined for the price adjustment.

Warranty

• All BBO Poker Tables products are covered by a 1-YEAR WARRANTY for manufacturing defects.

• Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

• Claims require a documented account of the issue and photos.

• To file a claim, email details, photos, your name, and order number to support@luxemancave.com.

• Customer service will confirm receipt and work to resolve the situation.

• Manufacturing defect claims are treated differently from shipping damage claims: shipping damage must be noted upon delivery per the shipping instructions to be covered under freight insurance.

Shipping Policy

• All poker and gaming tables ship on pallets via ground freight, fully insured.

• The freight carrier will call you prior to delivery to schedule a day and time for delivery, typically within a 4-hour window.

• All deliveries are curbside only. If you require inside delivery, it must be added at time of delivery, and an additional fee will be charged.

• Upon delivery, you will receive a Delivery Receipt (DR) from the driver; you must inspect the boxes before signing to avoid waiving carrier liability for damage.

• Inspect all boxes and check the box count against your order to ensure everything has arrived.

• If you find damage or missing pieces, note it on the bill of lading / delivery paperwork and report to BBO promptly; otherwise, signing without noting damage confirms acceptance in good condition and releases the carrier from liability.

• Do not accept damaged boxes. If a box appears damaged, refuse it and have the driver take it back.

• BBO will help arrange replacement parts if damage is reported at the time of delivery according to the receiving instructions.

• Tables are custom packaged for transport to protect against damage in transit.

• BBO provides free shipping to continental U.S. customers on poker tables, though additional freight charges may apply for Alaska and Hawaii.

• Estimated transit time for coast-to-coast deliveries is about 7 business days, but can vary by location and time of year.

• Continental U.S. shipping is insured and included in the purchase price for poker tables.

• International shipping: Available but requires additional arrangements and charges (contact BBO for details).

• Tracking information is provided via email after your order is booked with the freight carrier.
