• Exchange window: You must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your item.

• Eligibility for exchange: Item must be in the same condition as received, unopened or unused, with any tags attached, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• To start an exchange: Contact via email at support@luxemancave.com. If accepted, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send the package.

• Return shipping costs for exchanges are paid by the customer.

• Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

• Refunds are not offered for returns; only in-store credit is issued for approved exchanges.

• For damages / manufacturing defects:

  • Inspect your order on delivery.

  • If the item is defective, damaged or wrong, contact OWWB immediately so they can evaluate.

  • If issue due to manufacturing error or transit damage, OWWB may cover reasonable costs or shipping fee for exchange (at their discretion).
