Warranty

• Impact Screen Warranty:
  GolfBays impact screens include a minimum 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

• Normal Wear:
  Golf simulator screens are designed to withstand high-speed golf ball impact; however, normal wear over time is expected and is not considered a defect.

• Proper Use Requirement:
  Warranty coverage applies only when the product is used as intended with proper simulator setup. Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or striking areas not designed for impact may not be covered.

• Manufacturer Warranties:
  Certain GolfBays products may instead be covered under a separate manufacturer warranty, depending on the brand or component included with the product.

• Warranty Claims:
  If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact the retailer or GolfBays customer support with your order details and photos of the issue so the claim can be evaluated.

Shipping Policy

• Free Shipping (USA):

  • GolfBays offers free shipping on all purchases made within the United States.

• Shipping Origin:

  • All orders are shipped from their U.S. headquarters in Clearwater, Florida.

• Canada Orders:

  • Orders shipped to Canada include free shipping, and taxes and duties are included at checkout.

• Mexico Orders:

  • Orders shipped to Mexico also receive free shipping, but taxes and duties are not included and must be paid separately.

• Delivery & Transit:

  • Shipping times vary depending on the product and destination after the order leaves the warehouse.

• Customer Support for Shipping:

  • Customers can contact GolfBays directly if they need assistance regarding shipping, delivery, or order status.

Return & Refund Policy

• 30-Day Return Window:

  • GolfBays offers a 30-day return period from the date of purchase.

  • If more than 30 days have passed, the company cannot offer a refund or exchange.

• Condition of Returned Items:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.

• Launch Monitor Products:

  • Launch monitors must be unopened and unused to be eligible for a return.

  • Any unit that has been turned on or used cannot be returned, even if within the 30-day window.

• Return Authorization Requirements:

  • The original order number must be written on the return package.

  • Returns sent without the order number may not be accepted and could be returned to the sender.

• Items That Cannot Be Returned:

  • Software purchases where the license key or activation code has already been used or activated are not eligible for returns or refunds.

• Proof of Purchase:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.

• Return Shipping (Outside Certain Regions):

  • In some regions customers may need to organize and pay for return shipping themselves when returning products.
