Warranty

2-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty:
KingsBottle refrigeration units are covered by a two-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

Coverage:
The warranty covers parts and labor for manufacturing defects that occur under normal residential use.

Warranty Service:
If a product develops a defect during the warranty period, KingsBottle may repair or replace the defective components or unit at their discretion.

Troubleshooting Requirement:
Customers may be required to complete a diagnostic form or provide photos/videos of the issue before warranty service is approved.

Extended Warranty Options:
KingsBottle offers optional 3-year and 5-year extended warranty plans, which provide additional coverage beyond the standard two-year warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions:

Shipping Options

Standard Curbside Shipping

• Estimated Transit Time: 5–8 business days
• Your order will be delivered to the curb at the shipping address. The customer is responsible for moving the product inside.

Threshold Shipping

• Estimated Transit Time: 5–8 business days
• Your order will be delivered just inside the first dry, accessible area of your home or garage.

Inside Delivery + White Glove Service

• Estimated Transit Time: 5–8 business days
• Includes inside delivery, placement in your room of choice, unpacking, and removal of packaging materials where available.

Expedited Shipping Options

• Estimated Transit Time: 3–5 business days
• Expedited versions of Curbside, Threshold, and White Glove delivery are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Delivery Information

• Delivery appointments may be required for freight shipments.
• Someone 18 years or older must be available to receive and inspect the shipment upon delivery.
• Please inspect your order before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice visible damage, note it on the carrier's delivery paperwork and contact us immediately.
