Refund & Return Policy

• All sales are final. TruGolf does not accept returns without prior written authorization from the company.

• No returns will be accepted unless TruGolf explicitly authorizes them in writing.

• Any claims for shortages or discrepant parts must be submitted within 7 calendar days after installation.

• If TruGolf authorizes a return after purchase, a restocking fee of 20% of retail price is typically applied once the product has left TruGolf’s facility.

• TruGolf’s policy clearly states that returns are not accepted by default and are handled on a case-by-case basis only with company approval.

Shipping Policy

• Shipping Confirmation: For individual products such as APOGEE and other TruGolf hardware, TruGolf sales will contact the customer directly with shipping confirmation details once the order has been processed and is ready to ship.

• Freight Shipping for Large Systems: Larger simulator packages (including complete simulator systems and enclosures) are noted to ship via freight, typically approximately 2 weeks from the date of order, depending on the product.

• Shipping Terms: TruGolf does not publish a standalone shipping policy with fixed rates or guaranteed delivery times. Instead, shipping details such as carrier, method, timing, and freight coordination are communicated directly to the customer after purchase.
