• Orders cancelled before shipping or pickup receive a refund of 97% of the order total (3% retained for transaction processing).

• If a table has already shipped or been picked up, it can be returned within 30 days at the customer’s expense.

• Returned tables are subject to a $200 restocking fee (plus additional costs for repair or discounting) because they will be sold as “open box.”

• Parts orders returned are subject to a $20 restocking fee (plus any repair/discount costs).

• Claims for misprinted/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks of receipt. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 2 weeks after estimated delivery.

• Items ordered by EU consumers may have additional restrictions.
