René Pierre tables are crafted in France with high quality standards. Because of this, orders are considered final once placed.

• Before shipment
  • You can ask to cancel your order before it ships, but René Pierre only accepts this “within the limits of their possibilities” (i.e., if the order isn’t already too far along in preparation).
• After shipment but before delivery
  • If you cancel after the shipping confirmation email but before you receive the goods, the price paid is non-refundable.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

• If your René Pierre product arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact Luxe Man Cave as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number,

  • A brief description of the issue, and

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

• We’ll coordinate directly with René Pierre to review the situation.

• Depending on the issue, the solution may include:

  • Replacement parts,

  • Repair options,

  • A replacement unit, or

  • Another remedy as determined by the manufacturer and applicable laws.

Warranty (Manufacturer’s Guarantee)

• René Pierre products are covered by the manufacturer’s legal warranty in the EU, which is designed to protect you against:

  • Non-conformity (the product not matching the description or expected quality), and

  • Hidden defects related to materials or manufacturing.

• In most cases, the first step under this warranty is repair or replacement (often via spare parts sent to you).

• If repair or replacement is not possible or reasonable, a partial refund or cancellation of the sale may be considered under the manufacturer’s rules.

• Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear, or improper installation.
