At its core, SIGPRO flooring seamlessly integrates a replaceable hitting strip directly into the floor, surrounded by a true putting green with four built-in cups. The result is a single, unified surface that supports full swings, chipping, and putting in one refined setup.

By minimizing the hitting surface footprint and maximizing usable putting and chipping space, SIGPRO flooring optimizes room layout while delivering a polished, tour-quality experience. This is the foundation of a truly premium simulator build.

Return & Refund Policy 

• The Indoor Golf Shop offers a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. Customers may return items for any reason within 30 days of receiving the product.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending items back.

• A 15% restocking fee is applied to all approved returns.

• Returned items must be in original, like-new condition, including original packaging and all accessories.

• To initiate a return, customers must contact customer service first to obtain a return authorization number and follow the provided return instructions.

• Free Shipping in the Lower 48: All orders shipped to the lower 48 continental United States are shipped free of charge, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

• International & Outside Continental US: Customers located outside the lower 48 states must contact The Indoor Golf Shop for shipping availability and pricing.

• Order Processing Times: Most products ship within 24–48 business hours, with many orders arriving in 3–5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the product.

• Lead Times for Made-to-Order Items: Custom, built-to-order, or in-house manufactured products (such as simulator enclosures, flooring, or golf mats) may require 14–20 business days or longer before shipping.

• Shipping Confirmation: Customers receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has shipped.

• Separate Shipments: Large or bundled orders may ship in multiple packages and arrive at different times.

• Insured Shipments: All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit.
