Carl’s Place products are considered wearable items, and therefore do not include a formal manufacturer warranty. Normal wear and tear can occur over time depending on usage, setup, and environmental conditions.

To help ensure the longest lifespan and best performance, customers should follow the manufacturer’s recommended setup guidelines and installation instructions.

It is normal for some wear to appear after initial use. However, if you notice unusual damage or have concerns about your product, please contact our support team with photos and details so the issue can be reviewed.

Shipping Policy

Shipment Arrangement

Carl’s Place arranges shipment of products to the customer after the order is placed.
Customers are responsible for paying all shipping and handling charges shown during the checkout process.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Shipping and delivery dates provided during checkout are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Carl’s Place is not liable for shipping delays once the order has been handed to the carrier.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

Freight Shipping (Large Items)

Some products (such as golf simulator enclosure kits or framing kits) may ship via freight delivery due to their size and weight.
For freight deliveries:
- The recipient must be present at delivery.
- The customer is responsible for unloading the shipment from the pallet unless lift-gate service is requested.

Manufacturer Direct Items

Some products ship directly from the manufacturer rather than Carl’s Place warehouses, and shipping terms may vary depending on the manufacturer.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

Carl’s Place offers a 30-day return policy on most items from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Returned items must be in new and unused condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Some products cannot be returned.
Certain items are only eligible for return if they remain unopened.
Some products may follow different return timelines depending on the item type.

Return Authorization Requirement

Customers must contact Carl’s Place and receive approval before returning any product.
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Inspection of Returns

All returned items are inspected after they arrive.
Refunds or exchanges are granted only if the item meets return conditions.

Restocking Fee

If a returned item is not in brand-new condition but can still be resold, Carl’s Place may apply a restocking fee of up to 30%.

Delivery Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect all products immediately upon delivery and contact Carl’s Place if there are any issues or if a return may be needed.
